About this Project

This budget-friendly furnace install was done for one of our main accounts in Milwaukee. This investor buys old houses and remodels, flips, or rents them out.

Everything from the plenum to the ductwork had to be changed and we were on a strict budget. We salvaged everything we could from the existing duct system and added some new duct runs and a central return.

This job turned out great, the customer was very happy and the tenants that currently live in the house expressed how grateful and comfortable they are in each and every room.
